Side Draught Water Wash Liquid Painting Booth We offer our customers a variety of highly efficient side draft water wash booths. Due to the high consumption of paint and usage of reciprocator with auto guns, the overhead conveyorised painting line need to have water wash booth. These modular constructed booths have water tank and a water wall made out of SS for ensuring smooth and a thin flow of water from top to bottom. There is efficient suction in the water-wall side.
The operator is required to always face water-wall during coating. In cases where the component calls for all sides coating and indexing is not possible, the booths are positioned on a back to back basis allowing each operator to have separate booth to coat. These booth are available in pressurized (dust proof coating system), which are made by pushing an external air from Air Supply Unit (ASU).
