Converised and batch type Enamel and Powder coating plants 'SPM' for Powder coating application.
Component Pre- Treatment is critical aspect of any painting or surface treatment process. The process can be 7,10 & 12 tank process according to requirement and chemical selection.
Tank can be in M.S, S.S, P.P, PVC & FRP lined. The process can be semi automatic with electric hoist operation and can be automatic with ‘PLC Controlled Transporter’ system for component handling. Fume exhaust system with scrubber etc. can also be provided
