The elaborate cost of manpower makes the cleaning time a very important a criteria of selection of powder coating chamber. Traditionally a lot of ducking was necessary to collect all the over-sprayed powder into the cyclone.
Fabrication
- The booth is made by CRC sheet single cyclone operated 2Hp flange type motor 2800RPM
- Motor starter make BCH or equivalent
- Inner side of booth painted with super white outer side Gray paint
